In October 2009, Shanghai Xiangrong investment management company under Bangming Capital signed consulting agreement with Shanghai Airport Group and assumes the responsibility of the special research project titled “Building World-Class Airport system in Shanghai: Cases analysis, Key success Factors and Realization Path Research.”

In May 2010, Bangming Capital signed financing advisory agreement with the Transportation Bureau of Guannan county at Jiangsu province for the “Xingang Avenue Phase III Project.”

Bangming had been providing Dexiang with long-term and lasting consulting services in business integration, M&A, business administration, private equity financing, shareholding reform and listing etc..

Bangming Capital signed a consulting contract with the Administration Committee of Xixian New Airport Town at Shanxi Province. Bangming provided it with consulting service in function positioning and pre feasibility study of the Bonded Zone at Xixian New Airport Town.

Based on management diagnosis, Bangming Capital provided consulting service for Xiangyang Ailigen Trading Co., Ltd. with professional equity incentive.
