Vice President (Finance and Administration)

1. Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the financial positions, operating results and cash flow situations of our company and the enterprises in which we invested, oversee and manage preparation of annual financial budgets, financial statements and investment reports;

• Oversee and manage financial accounting management and related audits; promptly find out management and operational risks of the enterprises in which we invested;

• Oversee and assist investment and financing management of the enterprises in which we invested, oversee budget implementation audits of the enterprises in which we invested, provide the enterprises in which we invested with timely and effective financial analysis of economic activities for decision-making;

• Responsible for our company's human resources, administrative and other aspects of internal management.

2. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Taxation, Human Resources, Public Administrative or or closely related field;

• Below 40 years old;

• Over 5 years of demonstrated successful fiscal, administrative and personnel management experience, demonstrated senior management experience such as department head or above positions in large- or medium-sized enterprises;

• Comprehensive accounting expertise and business administration knowledge;

• Strong team-building and comprehensive management capabilities, strong organizing, communicating and coordinating skills and team spirit.

Partner (Financing and Fund-Raising)

1. Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for fund-raising of the trust funds;

• Responsible for financing and financing projects design;

• Responsible for coordination and communication with various financial and investment institutions, intermediary institutions and related Monetary Authorities; in charge of building, expanding, maintaining financing channels and resources;

• Responsible for follow-up monitoring, analysis, evaluation of the invested funds; responsible for investor relations management.

2. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above required, prefered in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field;

• Below 45 years old, over 5 years related working experience;

• Familiar with fund-raising and various financing channels and tools; strong financial analytical skills, familiar with related national and local policies;

• Abundant working experience and resources in the bank, fund, trust and private equity industries.

Partner (Investment for Biological / Pharmaceutical /Chemical Industries)

1. Job Descriptions:

• Fully responsible for biological, pharmaceutical, chemical industries investment and team-building;

• According to the investment directions of industries, develop project information resources; screen and analyze the intended projects, carry out due diligence for the enterprises which meet our company's investment preference and strategy;

• Responsible for project investment proposals, feasibility reports, business negotiations and investment implementations etc.;

• Responsible for follow-up management and value-added services for biological, pharmaceutical, and chemical enterprises in which we invested.

2. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Pharmacy, and Chemistry or closely related field, Master’s degree or above preferred;

• Below 45 years old;

• With the bio-pharmaceutical industry or chemical industry experience and systematic theoretical knowledge, with some investment, market and comprehensive analysis capabilities;

• Strong capabilities of logical thinking, independent analyzing, judgment, decision-making and investment project designing.

Investment Managers: 3

1.Job Descriptiosns:

• Explore, analyze, investigate and evaluate investment projects;

• Organize, implement and manage the financing and investing of funds and the investing of projects;

• Prepare due diligence reports and project investment proposals;

• Organize, control and implement the investments and exits, negotiations, and transactions of projects.

2.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Investment, Economic Law, Accounting, Auditing, Biomedicine or closely related fields;

• Over 3 years experience in Equity Investment, Venture Capital, Portfolio Investment, Investment Banking, Investment and Financing Consulting, financial analysis or closely related field;

• Familiar with policies and regulations of domestic and foreign equity investment, venture capital, and etc.;

• Handsome, mature, steadfast, and honest; no unhealthy habits;

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and development capacities, great team-working spirit and skills, careful thought, willing to undertake pioneering work;

• PE and VC institions’ working experience preferred;

Consultants: 3

1. Job Descriptions:

• Business administration consulting, financial advisory, asset restructuring advisory, mergers and acquisitions advisory, equity incentives consulting;

• Organize and implement the research, interview, and investigation, data analysis and expert evaluation of consulting projects;

• Write research reports, advisory opinions, investment value reports.

2. Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Investment, Economic Law, Accounting, Auditing, Biomedicine or closely related fields;

• Familiar with the basic business processes of business management consultants, financial advisers, demonstrated consulting and/or advisory experience, demonstrated successful experience of presiding consulting/advisory projects.

• Familiar with policies and regulations of domestic and foreign finance, investment, and taxation etc.;
