Company valuation is the valuation of the intrinsic value of an enterprise. The intrinsic value of an enterprise depends on the asset and its corporate profitability. In corporate equity financing or merger & acquisition, investors should not only recognize factors such as its management structure, industry, development stage and financial position, but also approve the company valuation. Reasonable valuation is a prerequisite for successful investment.
