Mr. Huang Zhaojun had studied and worked in the United States for more than ten years. He is an experienced international expert in finance, investment, information technology and e-commerce. The investment projects that he participated in include TrueColor Stationery and Shanghai Meidong Biomaterials.

Mr. Huang had served as the TV Advertising Tracking and Research Department manager of an advertising tracking company in New York City for many years. He had worked for Morgan Stanley for several years. On September 11, 2001, he escape from the Morgan Stanley office located on the 69th floor of the WTC’s South Tower.

After receiving his master degree in Management from the School of Management of Fudan University in 1989, he continued his study in U.S., and received his MS in Human Resource Management and MS in Information Systems. After that, he continued his study toward a Ph.D. in e-Commerce in the Department of Informantion Systems of New Jersey Institute of Technology.
