Dr. Jiang Yongxiang is the founding partner and chairman of the board of the Bangming Capital. He has over ten years operation and management experience in investment institutions, large enterprises and technology start-ups. Well versed in technology entrepreneurship, business administration and value investment, he has devoted to equity investment, and successfully invested in several top-quality and high-growth technology companies. He has provided technology companies with advisory services in business strategy, business administration, financing, M&A, etc.. He is an active advocator and faithful practitioner in combining equity investment practices and exploration, research, and advisory services.

Dr. Jiang is a director of Private Equity Association of Shanghai (PEAS). He is a mentor for Shanghai Technology Entrepreneurship and China Torch Entrepreneurship. He is a specially invited expert for the innovation incubator of China Telecom Group. Often as an anchor speaker, he has delivered lectures on technology entrepreneurship, investment and financing practices, etc. in various forums and institutions. He is a judge in various innovation and entrepreneurship contests. He was named one of "the most valuable investors" of 2012. Shanghai equity investment industry "Award for outstanding influential people" of 2013.

He received his BS in Electronic Engineering in 1991 and doctoral degree in Economics in 1998 from Fudan University.
